Article 1 (Purpose)

This Terms of Service governs the use of all services (hereafter, “Services”) provided by localinkorea (hereafter, “the Blog”) and outlines the rights, duties, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Blog and the users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The main terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:

  1. “User” refers to the person who uses the Services in accordance with this agreement.
  2. “Services” refers to the website and related services operated by localinkorea.
  3. “Postings” refer to any content, including text, images, videos, files, and links, that a user uploads while using the Services.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes to the Terms)

  1. This agreement becomes effective when it is posted on the Service screen or announced to users through other means.
  2. The Blog may change these terms within the scope of relevant laws if necessary for operation.
  3. When the Blog changes the terms, it will be announced without delay, and the changed terms will take effect from the date of the announcement.

Article 4 (User’s Obligations)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. Providing false information or impersonating another person.
  2. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Blog or a third party.
  3. Posting illegal content, such as obscene materials, slander, or false information.
  4. Engaging in acts that disrupt the normal operation of the Service, such as hacking or distributing malicious code.
  5. Other acts that violate relevant laws or public order and morals.

Article 5 (Management of Postings)

  1. The Blog may delete a user’s Postings without prior notice if they violate the obligations in Article 4.
  2. The copyright to the Postings created by a user belongs to that user. The Blog may reproduce, distribute, and display the Postings to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Blog is not responsible for any inability to provide services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or hacking.
  2. The Blog does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of information posted by users.
